I bought my first place at 21 for $100,000 under asking. It had been listed two hours.
That wasn't me being some hard negotiator. I'd been working in real estate since 19, so I already knew what stuff in that pocket was actually selling for. The price was way over, so I offered from the comparable sales instead, same day, in writing.
Nobody tells first home buyers they're allowed to do that. My friends had no idea, and most of the buyers I deal with don't either. That's why I made this.
